Teams Kenya and Zambia, Tom Naumann: En Route!

July 09, 2026

Teams Kenya and Zambia met at Terminal 5 Chicago O’Hare airport on Wednesday afternoon. As I write this our first flight is about to land in Paris where we will catch a connecting flight to Nairobi, Kenya and from there we will go our separate ways. God is blessing our travel thus far and we trust that He will bring us safely to the mission fields which He has prepared for us. Please pray for continued safe travel, some little sleep, and minimal jet lag! 2 Thessalonians 3:1 Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may speed ahead and be honored.

Our team has been moving in harmony, and I am completely blessed to be a part of it. Praise the God of the universe! And thank you for all your prayers back home and here in Zambia. We taught at three different schools and loved every second of it. Each school has been unique and different. Either we are updating our lessons, the children are even more excited to hear and learn about God, or the little guy or girl in the front had a long day and needed a nap! Teaching the children, singing with the congregations, and working alongside fellow believers has been the most fulfilling work ...
